From the moment you arrive at our visitor centre, you'll be greeted with a refreshing highball cocktail crafted from our unique 0-Month New Make Spirit, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience.   • Enjoy a highly immersive, 90-minute experience led by our Ellers Farm Distillery experts.
  • Upon your arrival at our visitor centre, our tour guide will be ready to welcome you at our bar with a highball cocktail made using our 0-Month New Make Spirit.
  • Walk around our state-of-the-art distillery and learn how we take our Distiller's Beer (created in collaboration with the legendary Theakston Brewery) and turn this into our single malt English whisky.
  • Head to our tasting room for a tutored session of our Evolution Collection range at Ellers Farm Distillery, including our New Make and Maturing Spirit. The tasting will be paired with chocolates handmade by York Cocoa House.

Must be 18+ to sample alcohol on our tours. We do operate a 'Challenge 25 Policy' and guests who wish to enjoy alcoholic drinks during the experience may be asked to show an ID card as proof of age. Unfortunately we cannot accept digital forms of ID.

This tour will not include a tasting of our whisky as this is due for release in late 2025.

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early as the tour will start promptly.

Please note: Arriving intoxicated or consuming alcohol before the event will result in being denied entry and no refunds will be provided.
