Steps
- Add the Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka to a shaker.
- Scrape the pulp of half a passionfruit into the shaker (keep the empty passionfruit half).
- Add all of the other ingredients into the shaker (apart from the overproof rum).
- Shake vigorously with ice.
- Fine strain into a large wine glass with ice.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves.
- Pour the overproof rum into the empty passionfruit half and place onto the drink (optional).
- Light the overproof rum.
- Sprinkle over cinnamon powder to create sparks and flames.
- Blow out the flame and enjoy!
