Crafted with meticulous care, our Sloe Gin is made using a traditional method on a larger scale. We start with a distinctive distillation recipe, blending the distillate to 50% before macerating frozen sloe berries for over six months. To ensure thorough blending, we use a forklift to mix the berries around the gin, with the bumps on the road enhancing the process. After maceration, we extract all the berry flavours, blend in sloe juice concentrate and add sugar, allowing the mixture to meld for seven days before bottling. This process guarantees a sloe gin with depth and character, true to the classic homemade style.
